 Phil Miller has served with Shelby Christian since June 1997. Phil has spent years in various areas of ministry, and his experiences have given him a great insight into meeting the needs of families and children and getting them plugged into the body of Christ. Phil graduated from Cincinnati Christian University and has held ministries in Louisville, KY and Scottsburg, IN. God has used Phil to energize the Children’s Ministry of Shelby Christian into a place where elementary students are introduced to Jesus Christ, and families are encouraged and educated to come along side their children to help them grown in wisdom, faith, and friendships.

Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, Marcia, and their two children, Emily and Wade. Phil also likes to spend his spare time golfing, fishing, and reading. Phil is also an avid fan of the UNC Tar Heel Basketball team and the Washington Redskins.
